price of VND100 million ($5,000) per one square meter, the price ranges
from VND13 to 26 billion ($600,000 to $1.2 million) for an apartment.
Estate experts
doubt of the success of this project because the real estate market in
Vietnam is very cold now. Many investors have had to slash prices of
luxurious housing projects but they cannot sell their products.
Inspired by European royal style of the 17th century, the building is located in
Cau Giay district, Hanoi. It includes a five-star hotel and 242 super-deluxe apartments.
Named after Venus, these apartments are painted in classic blue, with gold-inlaid details.
