VietNamNet Bridge – At about 8pm on April 16, a group of loggers blatantly demolished the ranger station of Ky Thuong commune in Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province.

Two leaders of the national park of Phong Nha - Ke Bang in the central province of Quang Binh have been dismissed for lack of responsibility in the case in which loggers chopped down three sua trees worth millions of USD in the park.

Patrolling the Serepok River, rangers of the Yok Don National Park found a lot of rare wood floating on the surface. They said it is highly possible that the timber was illegally exploited by loggers in the Yok Don National Park.
