VietNamNet Bridge – V.League side Long An have signed a one-year contract with American Ashkanov Apollon for their upcoming tournament.

The 25-year-old midfielder has been appreciated for his skilled technique, strong physique and competitiveness attitude.

Apollon made a brilliant debut in his new jersey last week with a double, when Long An beat Sanna Khanh Hoa 2-1 in a friendly match.

Apollon has a Haitian father and an Argentinean mother. He was born in the United States and played for clubs such as Kitsap Pumas S.C and Seattle Sounders there.

Last year, Apollon competed for Samut Sakhon of Thailand and played a key role in the team’s path to the Thai League 3.
