Trang Le, founder of VIFW, said in the first VIFW event in Hanoi that O Quan Chuong was considered a gate to welcome international friends, and this year the image of Long Bien Bridge would symbolize a bridge to connect Vietnam to the world.

The VIFW Fall/Winter 2017 will open on October 31 night and it will last through to November 3.
