VietNamNet Bridge – Bodybuilders Pham Van Mach and Dinh Kim Loan were crowned at the Asian Bodybuilding Championships in Guangzhou, China on September 22-23.

Mach and Loan at the 2012 Asia Bodybuilding Champs.
Pham Van Mach marked his return in the men’s 55kg class in the latest victory at the Asian Championship. The gold medal put an end to the time without success of Mach since the end of last year.
The 38-year-old athlete is very experienced in competition and performing skills. The only weakness was the time he lost for his singing career which made him gain weight and lose muscle definition. However this was quickly filled by his recent hard-working time.
Pham Van Mach passed many strong competitors in the continent to win the Asian gold medal for the seventh time.
Meanwhile, the "Queen of Fitness" Nguyen Thi My Linh could not repeat the victory which she won last year. She faced the great competition of Liang Yue Yun (China) and ranked second.
However, Dinh Kim Loan won the second gold medal for Vietnam in the women’s 49kg class. Dinh Kim Loan is a good player in the fitness ring - she is the world's fitness runner-up in 2011, but she has proved her talent with bodybuilding.
In addition to two gold medals, the Vietnamese team also won three silver and four bronze medals. This is the impressive victory for Vietnam after bodybuilder Pham Van Mach, who was defeated in the 2011 world championship and the 2012 Southeast Asian Championships in Myanmar.
