VietNamNet Bridge - This the high season for mooncake producers at Hanoi’s traditional mooncake making villages.

Along with Xuan Dinh in North Tu Liem district and La Phu village in Hoai Duc district, Hanoi is the home of many traditional mooncake makers.

According to local authorities, there are eight mooncake producing enterprises in the village. 

Blending the ingredients to make cakes.     Preparing the stuffing.         Making cakes with molds.           Baking.     Packaging.         Cakes are packed in boxes, ready for shipping.
