Vietnamese football fans will have a chance to see with their own eyes the stars of Manchester City as they face the Vietnamese National Team in a friendly match on July 27 to be played at My Dinh National Stadium.
“This will be the Club’s first ever visit to Vietnam and we are delighted to be playing in front of so many passionate football supporters and so many Manchester City fans,” said City's football director Txiki Begiristain.
The football director also confirmed that rookie Raheem Sterling will attend the tour on his second trip to Vietnam.
The team looks forward to competing against the Vietnamese National Team in a fixture that will provide a valuable challenge to the City squad ahead of the new season, the director added.
Manchester City will arrive in Hanoi on July 25 and spend three days in the capital city prior to the match.
