VietNamNet Bridge – Taio Cruz, an R&B/Dance singer who is widely known through the song “Dynomite” and Kimberly Caldwell, who ranked seventh at the American Idol 2003 are among foreign artists who will perform at the SoundFest on April 14 in HCM City.




The event will also have the participation of the Big Bang group from South Korea, Tata Young from Thailand and Vietnamese singers like Vietnam Idol winners Van Mai Huong and Phuong Vy, rocker Pham Anh Khoa, rapper Tien Dat, Suboi, The World rock band and Thanh Bui, an Australian Vietnamese singer.

English singer Taio Cruz is very famous with the hits “Dirty Picture”, “Dynomite”, “Higher” and recently “Telling The World” in the cartoon “Rio.”

Last year Taio Cruz won the third prize at the Billboard Music Awards for single “Dynomite”. This clip attracted over 100 million of views on Youtube.

The SoundFest promises to be a music party for young people in HCM City.

The 10-hour event, to be held by Coca Cola in collaboration with Samsung, will open with cuisine, cosplay and games booths from 2pm to 6:30pm.

Tickets can be processed at www.soundfest.com.vn or at the Saigon Sound System ticket office at 172-174 Ky Con Street in District 1.

Fans will also have chances to go to the festival for free if they win the promotional program of Coca Cola and Samsung.

“Sound Fest 2012” will take place at Phu Tho Outdoor Stadium at 1 Lu Gia Street in District 11.
