According to police, local residents detected a body in a deep culvert in Thanh Xuan district, which was then identified as Mr. Quang.

Quang lived with his wife and two children in an apartment in Thanh Xuan District. He left home on the morning of July 17 and did not return home. The family searched for him but they did not find any trace. Family members said the old man’s health was not good recently and he was sometimes forgetful.

Quang is known as the fifth head of the legendary martial art sect of Binh Dinh Gia. In 1982, he began receiving outsiders into his sect. By 1989, Binh Dinh Gia martial arts was common in all northern provinces.
