VietNamNet Bridge – The Megastar United football team has completed construction on a new artificial turf stadium and training centre in Tay Ho District of Ha Noi on Saturday, according to team manager Ly Thai Hung.

It is the largest FIFA-accredited, artificial turf stadium in Ha Noi.
"The stadium and training centre will offer our players with a year-round environment and football academy in which to practice and play," Hung said at the opening ceremony on Saturday.
Megastar United, owned by the Megastar Group, is the city's fifth team followed by Ha Noi T&T, Ha Noi ACB, Hoa Phat Ha Noi and Ha Noi V&V.
* Top karate artists leave for Korean Open
Top karate artist Le Bich Phuong and nine of her teammates will leave for the Korean Open International Karate Championship tomorrow, according to a team official.
Phuong, 19, who won the women's under-55kg gold medal at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China, last year, will be one of the event favourites.
The championship is set to draw 350 artists from 20 countries to compete in both men's and women's individual and team events at the Busan-based Gijang Gymnasium on June 24-26.
