This year, approximately 30,000 employees from 581 companies in Vietnam responded to the Total Engagement Assessment Model (TEAM) - HR Asia’s proprietary employee engagement survey. MB is among the few banks to be given this tittle, right in its first participation in the survey.

According to the survey, the average score of MB on three criteria, including Collective Organization for Real Engagement (Core), Heart, Mind, and Soul (Self), and Think, Feel, and Do (Group), is significantly higher compared to the average of the market.

The bank is also appreciated for its resilience and efforts in prioritizing employee experience despite navigating the uncertainty amid the pandemic.
