The government of Vietnam has been prohibiting exporting raw natural minerals over the last few years. However, the ban has not had high enforcement.
VietNamNet Bridge – Enterprises in several localities will be allowed to continue exporting unprocessed minerals under a decision issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MoIT).
The Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOI) has issued a series of documents, allowing some local enterprises exporting raw materials to help reduce the inventories.
