The Global Beauties website has excitedly selected Vietnamese representative Minh Tu as a strong favourite for the upcoming Miss Supranational 2018 beauty pageant.

The list of favourites for the pageant include representatives from the host nation Poland as well as beauties from Venezuela, the Philippines, England, Brazil, India, Malaysia, Ukraine and Australia.

With the favourite Miss Poland leading the list, Minh Tu, representing Vietnam, closely follows her in second position with the Venezuelan entrant rounding off the top three.

Minh Tu, 27, from Ho Chi Minh City, is 1.78 meters tall and measures 85-60-96. In 2013 she won the silver medal at the Vietnam Supermodel contest and also finished as runner-up of Asia's Next Top Model 2017 contest. Tu has a wealth of experience in beauty pageant competitions to draw upon for the upcoming Miss Supranational 2018 taking place in Poland.

The Miss Supranational 2018 pageant has attracted 80 contestants from across the globe. It starts on November 19 with the grand finale set to take place in Poland on December 7.

The pageant is one of the 6 largest beauty contests in the world, together with Miss World, Miss Universe, Miss International, Miss Earth and Miss Grand International.
