Five days ago, VPF sent a dispatch to the Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Information and Communications and Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism--asking these ministries to verify the legitimacy of the above contract. After that, AVG also asked the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism to solve the dispute between AVG, VFF and VPF.
- May 13, 2010, VFF reported to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism about its 20-year TV rights contract with AVG.
- June 15, 2010, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism permitted the cooperation between VFF and AVG.
- July 5, 2010, VFF Executive Board met and decided to negotiate a 20-year TV rights transfer contract with AVG.
- October 30, 2010, VFF Standing Committee assigned its Marketing and Capital Raising Division to perform negotiation with AVG.
- December 7, 2010, VFF annual congress approved the signing of the 2011-2030 TV rights contract with AVG.
- December 8, 2010, VFF and AVG signed the contract.
- December 21, 2010, VFF informed its members of the contract.
