Other 14 finalists included the representatives of Thailand, Panama, Mexico, Peru, Greece, the Ivory Coast, Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, the Philippines, Colombia, Hong Kong (China), Venezuela, and Malaysia.

Andrea Rubio, 23, of Venezuela was crowned Miss International 2023. The first, second, third, and fourth runner-up spots went to the representatives of Colombia, Peru, the Philippines, and Bolivia.

Phuong Nhi, 21, stands at 1.70 metres tall and measures 80-57-88. She first rose to prominence by winning the second runner-up title at Miss World Vietnam 2022, thereby meeting the criteria to represent Vietnam at the 2023 Miss International pageant.

The organizers awarded the title of Miss International to each continent. Miss International Africa went to the beauty from Ghana, while the contestants from the United States, Macau (China), and the UK won the titles of Miss International America, Miss International Asia-Pacific, and Miss International Europe, respectively.

The organisers also gave awards to the winners of various sub-contests, including Miss Angola for having the most beautiful national costume, Miss Indonesia for having the most beautiful evening gown, Miss Zimbabwe for having the best body, and Miss New Zealand for being the most photogenic contestant.

First launched in 1960, Miss International is among the four largest international beauty pagents, namely Miss World, Miss Universe, and Miss Earth.

Earlier, Vietnamese representatives won high prizes, including Pham Hong Thuy Van who finished as the third runner-up back in 2015, and Tuong San who was among the Top 8 in 2019.
