Supermodel Xuan Lan, People's Artist Le Khanh, Miss Tourism Vietnam Global 2021 Ly Kim Thao, and Head of the Organizing Committee Pham Duy Khanh were present at the event.

The 2024 jury includes prominent figures such as People's Artist Le Khanh, supermodel Xuan Lan, designer Ngo Nhat Huy, beauties like Phuong Khanh, Diem Huong, Lai Huong Thao, and Huong Giang, with People's Artist Le Khanh serving as Head of the jury.

People's Artist Le Khanh, who has balanced her careers in art and judging beauty contests both domestically and internationally, expressed her return to the role of judge after a busy period in the film industry.

The competition structure remains similar to previous year, with one beauty queen, two runners-up, and numerous secondary awards, including Miss Ao Dai, Miss Evening Gown, Miss Community, Miss Sea, Lovely Face, Miss Fashion, Miss Talent, Miss Sports, and The Most Favorite.

The new beauty queen and two runners-up will represent Vietnam in international competitions such as Miss Globe, Miss Tourism World, and a top 6 global competition.

The first runner-up will receive a prize of 300 million VND, and the second runner-up will receive 200 million VND. The beauty queen will receive a car worth approximately 3.5 billion VND instead of a cash prize.

The national preliminary round will commence in July 2024. Eligible contestants are female Vietnamese citizens aged 18-28, unmarried, not registered for marriage or having children, 1.65m or taller, and high school graduates. Cosmetic surgery is not prohibited.

Most activities, including the semi-finals and finals, will be held in Hai Phong city. The semi-finals and finals are scheduled for September 14 and 21, 2024, respectively.

In 2021, the contest, held for the first time in Phan Thiet, Binh Thuan province, crowned Miss Ly Kim Thao, 1st runner-up Tran Tuyet Mai, and 2nd runner-up Tran Thu Ha.

Ly Kim Thao has since served as Ambassador for promoting Phu Tho province's tourism, the Red Flamboyant Festival, and is soon to be the Tourism Ambassador of Bac Lieu province.
