Vietnamese representative Do My Linh competed in the traditional dance contest of the Miss World 2017 pageant on October 21 wearing a lotus dress.

Miss World 2017 began on October 20 in China. The opening ceremony will take place at Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Guangdong on October 31. The competition comes to a close with the grand finale at Sanya City Arena in Hainan on November 18.
