VietNamNet Bridge - On Monday, the People’s Procuracy of CuM'gar district in Dak Lak province approved an urgent arrest warrant against a man named Ly Van Ton, 27, a hired worker in CuM'gar to clarify the bizarre “love theft."
According to investigators, on the evening of September 16, Ton bought some beer and brought it to Mr. Hung’s home to drink with some others. After drinking, the other people left. Ton stayed and slept in the same bed with Hung while Hung’s wife – Duong, 29 – slept with her two kids in another room.
At around 9.30pm, Ton got up to go to the toilet. However, he did not return to the bed with Hung but entered the room where Duong was sleeping with the kids.
Ton approached the bed and then laid on the left of Duong while the two kids were on her right side. Ton began touching the woman, which woke her up.
In the darkroom, Duong thought that it was her husband, so she remained dormant. Seeing no reaction from the mistress, Ton had sex with her. After about five minutes, Ton unexpectedly bit into her cheek. Being hurt, the woman used her hands to push him to the floor and got up to turn the lamp up.
At that time, the woman realized that she had had sex with her husband’s friend. She quickly dressed up and grabbed the collar of the “love thief" and pulled he to the living room to call her husband.
Duong and her husband reported the incident to local police agencies and Ton was arrested on September 22 for investigation.
