Thu Duc City People's Committee launched a mobile vaccination team to speed up vaccination in the area.
The mobile vaccination team is divided into two groups, using two specialized cars. Each group includes five members - 2 doctors, 3 nurses. The vehicle is fully equipped with vaccinations and first-aid equipment such as oxygen tanks, anti-shock drugs, blood pressure drugs and more.
The mobile vaccination groups will move to places such as quarantine and blockade areas, where frontline forces against the epidemic are on duty, and the places where the elderly and people in need reside.
Thu Duc City has also established 40 rapid response teams to serve people in emergency cases.
On July 31, these two mobile groups worked on a trial basis, giving vaccinations to nearly 200 workers who collect garbage and clean quarantine areas.
On August 1, the mobile vaccination groups vaccinated frontline forces in quarantine and blockade sites.
