Part of Le Duc Tho and Le Quang Dao Street has been covered with pieces of metal fences which are 2.2 metres high for the project implementation.
The 5.57-kilometre racetrack runs through the wards of My Dinh 1, My Dinh 2, Me Tri and Phu Do.
All trucks and coaches have been banned to go into Le Duc Tho and Le Quang Dao streets and Me Tri-Le Quang Dao-Chau Van Liem traffic spot from October 19 and December 11. Meanwhile, other kinds of vehicle are still allowed.
All kinds of vehicles will be prohibited to travel through these areas on December 10-30.
The electrical cable-related work in some areas affected by the project will be carried out until November 21.
The project was kicked off in March this year and is scheduled for completion by late December.
F1 Grand Prix is slated to take place at My Dinh National Stadium in April 2020.
