The paintings, covering a wall with a total area of 360 square metres, were created by painter Nguyen Thu Thuy and nine others from Tan Hanoi Art Company.
The paintings feature lotus ponds with the light of a sunset and white lotus flowers, creating a romantic and soft colour tone.
They are expected to beautify the landscape and environment of Noi Bai International Airport, thus becoming a relaxed and peaceful corner at Terminal 2.
The paintings also contribute to honouring the lotus - Vietnam Airlines’ logo and the country’s national flower.
Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan, Deputy Director of Noi Bai International Airport, said that the artwork was one of activities to improve the quality of service, towards satisfying passengers.
The artwork won the bronze medal at the 10th International Design Awards.
