VietNamNet Bridge – Later this week the Minister of Education and Training – Mr. Pham Vu Luan - and the Chief Justice of the Supreme People’s Court – Mr. Truong Hoa Binh - will have to answer questions of the National Assembly Standing Committee.

Minister Pham Vu Luan will have to answer questions related to the implementation of the policy on comprehensive innovation of education and training.

He will also address the measures to handle “extra classes” and the "achievement disease" in the education and training sector as well as the solutions to deal with problems of newly university graduates (difficult to get job, having to do jobs that they are not trained about or their qualification fail to meet with the requirement of employers).

The Minister of Planning and Investment, the Minister of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Finance will join Luan in the question and answer session.

The Chief Justice – Mr. Truong Hoa Binh – will have to talk about solutions to overcome limitations on professional qualifications, work experience, sense of responsibility of a part of judges and people's jurors in local courts, which have affected the quality of judging activities.
Binh will also have to answer questions about the instruction of the Supreme People’s Court to the inferior courts and the measures to strengthen inspection and supervision in order to limit corruption in judging activities.

The Minister of Home Affairs, the Minister of Public Security, the Chief of the Supreme People’s Procuracy and the General Government Inspector will assist Binh to clarify the related issues.

The Q&A session will take place on March 22 and will be aired live on the Vietnam Television (VTV), the Voice of Vietnam (VOV) and be connected online to the National Assembly delegations of 63 provinces and cities in Vietnam.
