Nam and Bowen yesterday (Sept 15) defeated Joel Cannel and Vikram Hundal 7-6 (3), 7-6 (3) in the quarter-finals’ doubles event.

The No. 3 seeded pair set up a last-four clash against the No. 2 seeded duo Imai Shintaro and Ito Yuchi, who beat Vietnamese Nguyen Van Phuong and Trinh Linh Giang in the other quarter-final match.

The other semis will see Takahashi Yusuke and Tokuda Renta compete against Ahmed Deedat Abdul Razak and Chiu Yu Hsiang.

In the singles event today, No. 1 seed Kelly Dayne will play Takahashi, No. 4 Okamura Issei will face Ito, No. 5 Bowen will clash against Moritani Soichiro, while Conqsup Congcar will meet Cannel.
