President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organisations Nguyen Phuong Nga handed over the Friendship Order, presented by President Nguyen Phu Trong, to the Finland - Vietnam Friendship Association yesterday.

 The ongoing 12th National Party Congress had a plenary session in the morning of January 22 under the chair of 11th-tenure Politburo member and National Assembly Chairman Nguyen Sinh Hung.

President Truong Tan Sang has stressed the need to accelerate reforms, renovate growth models and facilitate economic restructuring to increase the competitiveness of the economy, boost rapid and sustainable development.
