VietNamNet Bridge – Hanoi topped the final rankings at the National Junior Badminton Championships, which was wrapped up at the Thai Binh provincial gymnasium on June 23.

A total of five gold medals were won by the Hanoi 17-18 year old girls in the team and singles events and the 16 year old boys in the singles and doubles events. They also grabbed one silver and two bronze medals.

Host Thai Binh came in second with one gold, three silvers and four bronze medals, followed by Bac Ninh in third place and Quang Tri in fourth.

This year's seven-day tournament attracted 170 athletes from 22 teams across the country, offering a good chance for young athletes to gain more experience while promoting the sport nationwide.
