VietNamNet Bridge – Prime Minister Nguyen Tan Dung has appointed the new chairs for the northern province of Bac Ninh and the northern city of Hai Duong.

Vice Chair Nguyen Nhan Chien, of the People’s Committee of the Bac Ninh province has been appointed as the new Chair, replacing current Chair Tran Van Tuy.

Similarly, Nguyen Manh Hien, Vice Party Secretary and Chief of the Organization Board of the Party Committee of Hai Duong City, has been assigned as Hai Duong city’s Chair, replacing Mrs. Nguyen Thi Minh.

In the northern mountain province of Dien Bien, Le Thanh Do, Chair of the Dien Bien Province People’s Committee Office, has been appointed as Vice Chair of Dien Bien province.
