The experience, named "Dau Ho", is based on a traditional court game popular during the Nguyen Dynasty (1802 – 1945). It involves skillfully throwing long arrows into a jar from a certain distance. The rules are not complicated but the game demands high precision to achieve victory.
Up to eight players can compete simultaneously by wearing VR headsets. In the coming time, the centre plans to continue collaborating with partners to innovate and introduce more immersive VR experiences for tourists in their programme "Exploring the Lost Imperial City".
In the first half of 2024, the number of tourists to the central province was estimated at over 1.9 million, up 24% year-on-year, including over 821,000 foreigners. Tourism revenue was estimated at over 4 trillion VND (157.3 million USD), up nearly 11% year-on-year. The center alone sells an average of 10,000 tickets per day./. VNA
