Laborers will have maximum three days off to celebrate the 2022 New Year, according to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA).
The Ministry of Home Affairs has agreed to a proposal for a seven-day Tet (Lunar New Year) holiday in 2023 by the Ministry of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (MOLISA).
More than 3,000 railway tickets are available for sale from Tuesday, according to State operator Vietnam Railways, in response to the rising travelling demand during Tet, the traditional Lunar New Year Holiday.
