However, the hottest name in 2010 must be Uyen Linh Idol. She became a “phenomenon” of the showbiz in 2010 as everybody talked about her. Her name also appeared on many online forums and newspapers. Millions of people were crazy about her. Fans are waiting to see Uyen Linh become a real star.

 

Singers who are called “divas” – Thanh Lam, Hong Nhung, My Linh - had a quiet year because they didn’t release any new album in 2010.

 

Thanh Lam gave only one liveshow entitled “Love” with Tung Duong. My Linh couldn’t complete “My Linh Acoustic” album in 2010. The two divas were not outstanding in 2010 but they unintentionally ignited the anger of Uyen Linh Idol’s fans. They were strongly criticized on online newspapers and forums because Thanh Lam spoke scornfully of Uyen Linh’s voice while My Linh ruined Uyen Linh’s performance at Vietnam Idol competition.
