
The central team will field their strongest line-up, with Jamaican trio Andre Diego Fagan, Hodges Devon and Kavin Elroy Bryan, along with Ghana's Edmund Ansah and national team members Nguyen Trong Hoang and Nguyen Huy Hoang.
Meanwhile, Navibank Sai Gon will be appearing in the Cup for the first time.
They will feature national team stars midfielder Phan Van Tai Em, goal poacher Nguyen Quang Hai, defender Nguyen Thanh Long Giang and goalie Nguyen The Anh.
The HCM City-based team won the National Cup after beating Nghe An 3-0 at HCM City's Thong Nhat Stadium in August.
The Super Cup winners will receive a VND200 million (US$10,000) cash prize, with the runners-up pocketing VND100 million ($5,000).
Former The Cong, the Army team, won the first Super Cup in 1999. Nghe An took home the cup in 2000, 2001 and 2002. They were finally beaten by Hoang Anh-Gia Lai, who held the title for the next two years.
Binh Duong also grabbed the title twice.
