Ngoc Anh, a student from the Hanoi Open University, received a cash prize of VND100 million ($5,000).

The first runner-up was Lo Thi Minh (ethnic Xinh Mun) from Dien Bien province, with a cash prize of VND50 million ($2,500).

The second runner-up was Nguyen Thi Loan (ethnic Kinh) from Thai Binh province, with a cash prize of VND30 million ($1,500). She was known as Miss Sea of the Miss Vietnam 2010 Pageant.

62 contestants belonging to 20 ethnic groups from 39 provinces competed in the final round in Quang Nam from June 11 to 26.
