VietNamNet Bridge – A pair of little dancers from Hanoi are the winners of the Buoc Nhay Xi Tin 2011, a national dancing contest for children and teenage.
The final night of Buoc nhay xi tin took place on September 14, at Nguyen Du sports house in HCM City, attracting thousands of audiences.
Ngoc Hai and Bao Ngoc from Hanoi amazed the audience with their performance, entitled “King of Monkey in the modern time” and won the first prize.
In the final show, nine dancing groups showed off their talent through self-selected and compulsory dances, including break-dance, hip hop, crew-dance, street-dance, sportsdance and funky jazz dance.
Four teams were chosen for the next round, in which they had to dance with music played by DJs.
From HCM City, Street troupe was praised for their techniques and creativeness and won the second prize.
Coming third is HBUI Crew from HCM City. They pleased the audience with a dance in which boys disguised as girls. However, they did not play well in the compulsory dance.
Huynh Nhu from Can Tho City and To Linh from Hai Phong City impressed the audience by their passion for dancing.
