Quoc Cuong Gia Lai JSC, traded under the stock code QCG, has passed a resolution approving a change of legal representative and updating its registered head office address to reflect new administrative boundaries.

Under the resolution dated October 12, 2026, the board approved replacing the company’s current legal representative, Nguyen Quoc Cuong, with his mother, Nguyen Thi Nhu Loan.

Loan is also serving as the company’s general director.

Alongside the leadership change, Quoc Cuong Gia Lai approved an update to its registered head office address, now listed as Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Khun village, Residential Group 5, Hoi Phu ward, Gia Lai province.

The company said the address adjustment reflects administrative boundary changes following reorganisation. Its headquarters will remain at the same physical location.

The board assigned chairman Lai The Ha to complete the procedures for registering the change of legal representative and the updated address with the relevant business registration authority.

Loan was previously implicated in a case involving irregularities in the transfer of a formerly state-owned site at 39-39B Ben Van Don in Ho Chi Minh City.

At the first-instance trial, she received an 18-month suspended prison sentence for violating regulations on the management and use of state assets, causing losses and waste.

On appeal, the court reduced the sentence to 11 months and 18 days of non-custodial reform.

After credit was given for 116 days spent in pretrial detention, she was deemed to have completed her sentence.

The judgment found that the case caused more than $20.9 million in losses to the state and that Loan and the company had benefited by approximately $11.5 million.
