The majority of passengers come from France, Germany, Spain, Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong (China)
During the course of their one-day stay, the foreign guests were taken to several of the city’s most popular tourist attractions, including Ponagar Cham towers, Truong Son craft village, and Dam market.
They also experienced going on a cyclo tour and enjoying mud bathing.
Moving forward, the cruise ship is scheduled to depart Nha Trang on the evening of August 21, with it set to continue its journey to Phu My port in Ba Ria-Vung Tau province.
In the first eight months this year Khanh Hoa province had received 11 international cruise ships, bringing with them more than 13,900 tourists and crew members in the process.
Khanh Hoa province is therefore aiming to welcome approximately four million tourists this year, including 1.5 million international visitors, whilst earning VND21 trillion in revenue.
Spectrum of the Seas belongs to the Quantum-Ultra line of ships and was manufactured by Meyer Werft of Germany, being put into service at the beginning of 2019.
The ship stretches for 347m long, stands at nearly 63m high with 18 floors, boasts a capacity of nearly 169,400 tonnes, and is rated as the most modern ship in the world.
