VietNamNet Bridge – Although the 2016 TET Lunar New Year holiday has just ended, local farmers at the Nhat Tan Peach Village in Hanoi have already begun to prepare for the 2017 Tet holiday.
In some ways it’s a peaceful time of year, a time to think and plan, perhaps chart a new direction for next year and
replace the old soil in the garden,
prune and remove old fruit from kumquat trees,
plant new peach trees,
and treat tree roots with fungicides to prevent disease.
