About 120 booths there sell a range of dried seafood including shrimp, squid and fish, and even sausages.

Dried squid costs VND40,000 to VND150,000 apiece while the price of shrimp ranges from VND200,000 to VND800,000 per kg. The market is open daily from 5 a.m. to 6 p.m. and its dried seafood sales volume can reach six tons.

It supplies such seafood for HCMC and neighboring provinces. The products come from the Mekong Delta provinces of Ca Mau, Kien Giang, Ben Tre and Vinh Long.
