VietNamNet Bridge – A low pressure system appeared yesterday, Sep 21, over the south-east part of the Hoang Sa (Paracel) Archipelago, according to the National Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting Centre.

It is creating rough conditions in the northern East Sea and heavy rain, thunderstorms and whirlwinds along the coast from the south central province of Binh Thuan to southern Ca Mau and Kien Giang provinces.

In the next 24 hours, it is expected to become stronger, according to the centre.
