Female General Le Chan's monument has been a symbol of Hai Phong for years. The monument was built in 1999-2000. The statue is made of copper, 7.5 m tall and 19 tons in weight.

The central park is like the city's green lung.

Red flamboyant flowers were chosen as the icon of Hai Phong.

Binh Bridge is over 1 km long and 22.5 m wide with four lanes for motor vehicles, and two lanes for rudimentary vehicles. The bridge crosses the Cam River, linking Hai Phong with Thuy Nguyen district. The bridge was inaugurated in May 2005.

Rao Bridge 2 was inaugurated in late 2012. The bridge spans Lach Tray River, and is considered the most beautiful and modern bridge in Hai Phong.

Le Hong Phong Street is designed with four lanes. This is the main route from downtown to the airport of Cat Bi.

Hai Phong International Exhibition Centre was built on 47 hectares and opened in 2004. It is a symbolic work of Hai Phong.

The 5B highway interchanges (Ha Noi - Hai Phong Highway) is the main route connecting Hai Phong port to Hanoi.

Highway 5A intersection is between the port city and Hanoi.

Hai Phong Port is the largest seaport in the north and the second largest in the country. The port is located in the districts of Hong Bang and Ngo Quyen.
