Shortly after this announcement, on December 6, VinBrain’s website was updated to reflect its new status as part of NVIDIA. The notice revealed that the company was acquired in December 2024 and is no longer an independent entity.
VinBrain has been a pioneer in developing AI-powered solutions for the healthcare sector. Its innovations are currently deployed in over 182 hospitals across Vietnam, the United States, India, and Australia, helping medical professionals improve efficiency.
Financial reports from Vingroup indicate that as of June, Vingroup held a 49.74% stake in VinBrain, having invested VND 126.6 billion in the company by December 2023.
