Organised by the HCM City Book Pedestrian Street Company and AXA Studio, the exhibition aims to raise people’s awareness about wildlife and environmental protection.

Works on display include 20 origami of flamingoes, lions, crocodiles and elephants. The highlight of the exhibition is a northern white rhino

There are only two northern white rhinos left in the world. They live at the Ol Pejeta Conservancy in Kenya. The last surviving northern white rhino male died in March.

Nguyen Hong Hanh brought her five-year-old son to the safari exhibition. “My son is very interested in origami animals. He can name all the animals, and he knows that rhino horn should not be used as medicine.”

The exhibition will be open to the public at Book Street (Nguyen Van Binh Street) in District 1 during this summer. – VNS
