 VietNamNet Bridge – Internet security firm Bkav has become the third local provider of OTT services when launching its Internet-based Btalk app that allows users of tablets and smartphones to make free calls and send free text messages.

OTT (over the top) has been heating not only telecom groups, but televisions as well. Believing that OTT is an irresistible trend, television service providers have jumped into the market, but none of them has made profit on it.
