A representative from the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism said at a press conference that among the activities, 31 will be hosted by Binh Thuan, including cycling, rowing and canoe races and a tourism week.

The remaining activities would be held by other localities.

The opening ceremony of the programme is scheduled to take place in March 2023 and the closing ceremony is slated for December 2023.

The activities will focus on green products and clean energy, preserve and promote cultural heritage and traditional values, green growth and sustainable tourism development.
