This year’s TRF’26 APAC is centered on the theme “Trust. Modernize. Transcend.”

The Temenos Regional Forum 2026 Asia-Pacific (TRF’26 APAC) will take place in Hanoi on August 25-26, bringing together more than 300 senior executives, experts, customers and partners from across the region.
As artificial intelligence, cloud computing and digital banking models reshape how financial institutions operate, TRF’26 APAC will focus on issues that are having a direct impact on banks’ competitiveness.

A notable highlight of this year’s event will be the participation of Takis Spiliopoulos, Global CEO of Temenos.

It will mark the first visit to Vietnam by the head of the company, who will offer an executive perspective on the changes influencing growth strategies as banks seek to optimize costs, improve customer experiences and maintain system stability.

The forum will explore several core practical challenges facing the financial sector, including core banking modernization, AI adoption strategies and technology trends shaping the industry’s future.

By bringing together the perspectives of banking executives, technology specialists and implementation partners, the forum aims to help financial institutions move beyond discussions about emerging trends and toward concrete action. This includes choosing appropriate transformation roadmaps, identifying priority areas and translating technology investment into tangible business results.

A defining feature of TRF’26 APAC is its broad regional network.

The event extends beyond Vietnam’s domestic financial community, bringing together delegates and industry leaders from a range of dynamic markets across Asia-Pacific.

This diversity is expected to create a multidimensional environment for dialogue, allowing executives to examine shared challenges from different perspectives.

Alongside its main conference sessions, the program will feature dedicated spaces for in-depth discussions and informal networking, designed to maximize opportunities for participants to connect.

Rather than following the traditional format of one-way conference presentations, these sessions will give participants an opportunity to bring their own business challenges into direct discussions and explore potential solutions.

As Vietnam’s banking industry accelerates its digital transformation, expands service ecosystems and strengthens competitiveness, the practical experience and regional perspectives shared at the forum could provide valuable reference points for institutions as they develop and implement their strategies.
