VietNamNet Bridge – Being opposed by Vietnamese netizens, Google has no longer noted Vietnam’s Hoang Sa Archipelago (Paracel Islands) as part of its Hainan province.

Previously, if one typed “Hoang Sa” or "Paracel Islands" on Google, this page cited Wikipedia that the islands belong to Hainan Province of China.

Specifically, typing “Hoang Sa” on google search, one saw the results as follow: “Island group in China" (Google English), quoted from Wikipedia.

In both Vietnamese and English Wikipedia, it was founded that the Paracels Islands is part of Hainan Province (People's Republic of China) while the islands belong to Vietnam.

Hoang Sa Island District is an administrative unit of the central city of Da Nang, including the Paracels Islands.
