VietNamNet Bridge – The owner of the Dai Nam Tourist Area has offered VND100 billion ($5 million) of reward for anyone who can prove that his second wife, Nguyen Phuong Hang, the Deputy General Director of Dai Nam Joint Stock Company, mortgaged his property for loans.

Mr. Huynh Uy Dung said: “Recently, there were rumors in Binh Duong Province that my wife mortgaged my property to a bank loan of VND2 trillion (nearly $100 million) and took advantage of my reputation to raise money outside at interest rate of up to 3.4 percent per month. The rumor has made my life go crazy and harmed my reputation for my wife's lifestyle and ethics.”

“Honestly, a lot of people probably worried about me because they love me and they are afraid that I’m cheated by my wife. They did everything possible to help me by quietly tracking my life and invading my private life. Many people even broke the law to invade my privacy to attempt to prove my wife is such a bad person,” he continued.

“Who are they? They are well educated people who have high position in society. The funny thing is that they are trying to prove that I'm a mental patient, with doctor's certificate, so when there is a problem, I will be exempted from criminal liability...”

“For me and my wife, it is the cruelest slander. They have tried to prove it, but I - Huynh Uy Dung – confirms that if someone can prove that one of the above things is true, then I will reward him VND100 billion in cash,” he added.
