Mr. Vo Trong Nam, deputy director of the HCM City Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism says that on November 13, Khanh and the organizers of the Dance of Passion show met with the department to explain about the incident. After that, the authorities decided to impose VND3.5 million fine on her.

In the 4th live show of the Dance of Passion reality show on VTV3 on the evening on November 9, Khanh and model Ho Vinh Khoa performed a dance to open the live show as guest dancers. They performed a Bollywood dance in the melody of “Student of the Year.”

Khanh wore the outfit that exposes one shoulder. During the dance, her breast uncovered for several seconds, due to strong moves. Khanh did not notice the "incident" until a judge made a sign. Khanh told some online newspapers that it was just an unwanted accident.

The fine of VND3.5 million is the lowest level. Previously, singer Thu Minh and super-model Hoang Yen were fined for VND3.5 million for breast exposure in a music show in April 2012 and a fashion show in December 2012. Super-model Thanh Hang was also fined for the same level for smoking in the Elle Show in April 2012.
