The event will offer a unique opportunity for businesses, F&B representatives, and culinary enthusiasts in the capital to delve into the South American nation’s potential for further development whilst indulging in the flavours of traditional dishes, cocktails, and the exquisite taste of Peruvian specialty coffee.
The culinary week will be organised by the Embassy of Peru in Vietnam in collaboration with Á Âu Vocational Guidance and Sheraton Hanoi Hotel that features special activities such as cooking and mixology classes for students, along with demonstrations of Peruvian cuisine.
Participants will have the chance to experience the enticing array of flavours of famous dishes prepared by Peruvian chef Jose Maria Murga Brescia at the Oven D'or Restaurant of Sheraton Hanoi Hotel.
From 2012 to 2023 the World Travel Awards organisation has nominated Peru 10 times on the list of the world's top culinary tourism destinations. Peru has also been honoured in the category of top culinary tourism destination in South America.
In 2022, the South American nation brought home the title of world's leading culinary destination for the fourth time.
