In the final Q&A segment for the top 2, both contestants wore headphones to ensure fairness. They were asked: "Do you believe overpopulation is a global issue?"

Tuan Ngoc replied: "Vietnam has one of the fastest population growth rates. In 15 years, one person will have to support five elderly people. This is not just a government issue but a responsibility for every young person. If young people become independent, Vietnam will become a developed, independent country."

Minh Toai responded: "This issue pressures both the environment and the global economy. We must focus on educating the younger generation to contribute to the global economy. This will gradually address environmental issues. In less developed countries, we need to prioritize education for teenage girls, giving them knowledge about reproductive control and gender awareness. This makes them crucial societal contributors and more independent, enhancing women's roles in society."

With concise and well-rounded responses in the top 2 Q&A, Pham Tuan Ngoc was crowned Mr. World Vietnam 2024, while Vo Minh Toai won the first runner-up title.
