VietNamNet Bridge - Photographer Ba Han has gone to Japan with his “Vietnam moments” photo collection to attend the International East Asian Photo Culture Forum at the invitation of the Japanese Photography Association.
The event is taking place from September 15 to 26 in Higashikawa, Hokkaido, bringing together photographers from China, Uzbekistan, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan and Vietnam.
"My photos are an expression of my love for my country. And through these images, I hope you will immensely enjoy learning about Vietnam, a country that always loves peace and opens its loving arms to friends around the world," he said.
Han was born in 1975 in the central city of Hue. He has had a special interest in Vietnamese youth ever since he befriended disabled youngsters, and has taken many photos and released two photo books on the subject.
Han has exhibited his works in Japan, France, Italy, Iran and the United States. He has also received many notable awards, including the A.FIAP (Artist of the International Federation of Photographic Art) award
