“The first time” exhibition is a collection of memories from a mixed group of people aged between 18 and 98 worldwide, sharing how they lost their purity.
Phuong Hoang is a photographer and journalist based in Berlin, Germany. She studied international relations to become a diplomat, but her life turned towards journalism. She has been working as a journalist for over 13 years.
In addition to photojournalism skills, Phuong Hoang expands her practical and artistic knowledge of photography and history of art, broadens cultural awareness, and develops her style on social-political and environmental issues.
Her works have been exhibited at OFF Bratislava Photo Festival in Slovakia, which was part of the European Month of Photography, “The Long Night at The Museum” exhibition series in Hamburg, Germany, CONTACT Photography Festival in Canada, the Goethe Institute Gallery in Hanoi, and “Duet – Visual Haikus” exhibition at Ada Slaight Gallery in Toronto, Canada.
